On 28 April Stiftelsen Kvinnorforum organised a seminar on Gender and Malaria in co-operation with Roll Back Malaria Partnership (RBM), Multilateral Initiative on Malaria (MIM) and Femme Africa Solidarité (FAS). The seminar, which was held a few days after the African Malaria Day on 25 April, is a part of the "Raising Women's Voices Against Malaria" - a project run by Kvinnorforum and the partners mentioned above and financed by SIDA/Hälso.

The aim of the seminar was to put emphasis on the connection between gender and malaria, to present the global malaria network, and to develop a plan of action for future co-operation.
